On Sundays, you should relax one of your ascetical disciplines (however, you should not go back to social media). We also encourage you to make other small sacrifices throughout the day as an offering to God, like stand in the longest line at the grocery store, or throw away someone else's garbage. |

WHAT'S YOUR "WHY?"
Fiat 40 is an excellent "How?" to honor God, participate in the life of the Church, and change your life by breaking free of bad habits. But before you begin be sure to create a "Why statement." This statement should your personal reason for why you going on this journey. Make sure it is personal to you and specific. It should have something to do with changing yourself so that you can be a better version of yourself for God and others. Be honest and be not afraid!
